A glimpse into the soul of Quito

Some days ago I told someone that to love, one needs to have a glimpse into the others soul, not their jobs, social positions, past stories or future plans.

Then it resonated within me, because clearly what we tell others is first and foremost what we need to hear ourselves. So I decided to try a glimpse into Quito’s  soul (it was the only soul offered to me that day ;)).  I wandered its colonial streets, sat in its plazas and watched the people passing by…

And yes, I do love this city, for a reason I still can’t explain as it wasn’t based anyway on facts and logics…

I’m sharing with you some of those moments that made me fell in love, with no comments, just some pictures where I tried to capture a bit of Quito’s charming soul.
